There is a vegetarian option for each course, though it is very limited. I have yet to speak to the staff about the availability of any vegan options, but will find out as soon as possible.

-White bean soup with (or without) Toulouse sausage
-Mixed bean, mushroom and coriander "burger" on grilled tomato and rosti
