Description
Bella Italia has a pretty good range of vegetarian options, most of which sound great. I have written requesting information on which of these are vegan, and asking whether or not eggs used are from free range hens, but as of yet have had no response. I will update as soon as I know more.
Vegetarian options
Antipasti :
Bruschetta: Toasted Foccacia bread topped with marinated plum tomatoes, red onion,basil and rocket leaves.
Funghi Arrosto: mushrooms baked in a creamy mascarpone, spinach and garlic sauce with toasted focaccia bread.
(Zuppa del Giorno: Soup of the day served with ciabatta bread) Listed as vegetarian, but no information of the different soups!
Formaggio Fritta: Mozzarella, fontina and Parmesan cheese in breadcrumbs, deep fried until melted, served with sweet red onion marmellata
Mozzarella Pomodoro: Buffalo Mozzarella and plum tomato with fresh basil and olive oil
Side orders:
Olive Marinate: Mixed olives marinated in basil, garlic and coriander.
Pane Della Casa: Our house garlic bread ideal for 2 3 to share
Garlic Ciabatta: With melted mozzarella

Torta Caprino: Baked goat's cheese and spinach tart fresh from the oven with dressed mixed leaves and tender oven roasted vegetables
Verdura Panini Roasted mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, and red onion with dolcelatte cheese in ciabatta bread with mayonnaise and fries.
Pizzeria :
Margherita: Traditional tomato and mozzarella pizza
Bufalita: Italian buffalo mozzarella, fresh plum tomatoes and rocket are added to this basil pesto pizza once cooked.
Giardiniera: A feast of oven roasted vegetables; red and yellow peppers, field mushrooms, red onions and black olives.
Caprese: Traditional margherita topped with fresh tomato, buffalo mozzarella and basil leaves.
Extra toppings: mushrooms, artichokes, chilli, red onions, roasted peppers, mozzarella, dolcelatte, goat's cheese, smoked mozzarella

"We went on the reccomendation of a vegan friend and had the spaghetti pomodoro. It was delicious, full of sun-dried tomatoes and very tasty. Staff were extremely helpful and even appologised that they couldn't offer a vegan dessert. Have been back several times, always for the same meal. "
