The range of food available for vegetarians is impressive- plenty of choice here and it all sounds very tasty.
I have written requesting information on which of their options are suitable for vegans, and asking whether or not eggs used are from free-range hens, but as of yet have had no response. I will update as soon as I know more.

Stuzzicini:-
-Cestino di Pane: Basket of warm, stone baked ciabatta and traditional foccacia bread, served with aged balsalmic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to dip £2.25
-Olive Marinate: Marinated green and black olives with garlic and sweet peppers £1.95
-Pizza pesto e pomodorini: A basket of warm, stone baked pizza bread smothered with Genovese pesto, rosemary and sun blushed tomatoes £2.95

-Zuppa del giorno: Soup of the day served with warm, stone baked ciabatta bread £3.95 (kind of soup not stated, but marked with a V so can only assume is suitable for vegetarians)
-Bruschella al pomodoro: Toasted foccacia bread, topped with a plum and sun blushed tomato salad with buffalo mozzarella, red onions and fresh basil, garnished with rocket £3.85
-Funghi al Forno: A large baked field mushroom stuffed with mixed forest mushrooms in a creamy gorgonzola sauce and glazed with matured Grana Padano cheese. Served on a bed of baby spinach £4.50
-Crostini al caprino: Grilled goat’s cheese served on toasted ciabatta, with roasted peppers, cherry tomato and rocket salad drizzled with Genovese pesto £3.95
-Pizzetta agilo: Stone baked pizza bread topped with caramelised balsamic onions, garlic oil, melted mozzarella and rocket leaves £3.95
