An excellent place for vegetarians and vegans! You can quite easily go here and stuff yourself silly- they have so many vegetarian options! I suspect that a lot of them are also vegan, but at the moment I only have confirmation of the vegetarian dishes
I have written requesting information on which of their options are suitable for vegans, and asking whether or not eggs used are from free-range hens, but as of yet have had no response. I will update as soon as I know more.
Definite Vegetarian dishes:

-Tortillas de Maiz Caseras: Home fried corn chips topped with melted cheese, red chilli salsa, sour cream and jalapenos £6.95

Fajitas: made with a special blend of spices and seasonings and served sizzling with onions, bell peppers, warm tortillas, guacamole, spicy salsa, sour cream and cheese. Finished off with a squeeze of fresh lime.

Flaming Skewers: Cuban influenced large skewers, freshly grilled and served with Manchego mash, fresh house salsa and ranch beans. All skewers include fresh pepper, onion and mushrooms.
