Frankie and Bennys have a pretty good range of vegetarian options. I suspect that the Penne Arrabbiata and possibly the Mediterranean Vegetable Risotto are vegan, but I can't confirm at the moment. I have written requesting information on which of their options are suitable for vegans, and asking whether or not eggs used are from free-range hens, but as of yet have had no response. I will update as soon as I know more.

-Bruschetta: Red onion, tomato and garlic mixed with nut pesto olive oil and served with garlic ciabatta bread.

-Loaded Potato Skins: Fully loaded with cheddar cheese and your choice of (crispy bacon), fresh chives or BBQ sauce with red onion. Served with a sour cream dip

-Mushroom Alfredo: Belissimo! Fresh garlic button mushrooms baked in a rich cheese sauce, topped with melted mozzarella and served with garlic ciabatta bread £4.25

-Mozzarella & Tomato Salad: Light and creamy mozzarella with slices of fresh tomato, drizzled with nut pesto oil, garnished with green olives £3.95

Pasta & Al Forno:-

-Penne Arrabbiata: Penne pasta tossed with chilli, olives and garlic in a rich tomato sauce £6.45

-Mushroom Lasagne: Mushrooms, red peppers and onions sautéed in a red wine sauce, layered between sheets of pasta with a rich, creamy cheese and spinach sauce, topped with melted mozzarella £7.75

House Specialities:-

-Mediterranean Vegetable Risotto: Arborio rice cooked in a rich tomato and white wine sauce with sun kissed tomatoes and a selection of Mediterranean vegetables. Served with garlic ciabatta bread on the side. £9.25

-Mamma’s Vegetable & Nut Roast: A tasty blend of vegetables, nuts and cranberries. Oven baked and topped with goat’s cheese and Mamma’s Neapolitan sauce. Served with garlic ciabatta, mixed leaves and a pot of sour cream £10.95

Burgers:-

-Mediterranean Veg Burger: A Mediterranean style combination of red peppers, olives, sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Served with lettuce, fresh tomato, red onion, dill pickle and mayo £8.25
